Sujiken Puzzles

Sujiken puzzles are a unique and innovative type of logic puzzle that contains triangle-based grids, unlike traditional Sudoku, which uses a square grid. It is constructed from 45 cells placed in a right-triangle. The cells contain digit from 1 to 9. As with Sudoku, you must ensure no digit is repeated within a row, column or one of the three 3x3 larger squares.

To solve the puzzle you must place the digital as per the following rules:

  • No digit repeats in any horizontal row, vertical column, or diagonal in any direction.
  • No digit repeats in any of the three larger 3x3 square regions enclosed by thick borders.
  • No digit repeats in any of the three larger triangular regions enclosed by thick borders.
